Join a hospital in San Luis Obispo, CA as a travel Speech-Language Pathologist and provide diagnostic, therapeutic, and consultative services for patients with communication, cognitive, and swallowing disorders. Minimum Requirements
- Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited educational program.
- Active Speech-Language Pathologist licensure in California required prior to the start of assignment.
- Minimum two years of experience in acute care with adults preferred. One year accepted if internship completed in acute care.
- Experience performing Modified Barium Swallow (MBS) is required. Pediatric MBS experience is a plus (preferred).
- Current AHA-BLS or ARC-BLS certification required. CPR or Basic Life Support certification required per facility policy.
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred.
- Ability to provide diagnostic and therapeutic services across communication, cognition, and swallowing domains in an acute hospital setting.
- Weekend rotation required, likely every third Saturday or Sunday.
