Description

Join a travel Speech-Language Pathologist role in Santa Rosa, CA, at a skilled nursing facility. Provide evaluation and treatment for communication and swallowing disorders while working in skilled nursing and assisted/supported living settings. Minimum Requirements

  • Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Completed Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) and current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA.
  • Active California SLP license required to start the assignment.
  • BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
  • Experience working in skilled nursing facility (SNF) and assisted living/independent living (AL/IL) environments preferred.
  • Experience providing dysphagia management and instrumental assessment familiarity preferred.
  • Ability to float between multiple facility locations as needed.


Assignment Details

  • Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility.
  • Shift Name: Days.
  • Shift Details: Days 0830-1630.
  • Floating: Position requires floating between two facilities within the region.
  • Assignment Length: 14 weeks.
