Minimum Qualifications
- Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
- Active New Jersey state PTA license required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Experience working in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care environment preferred.
- Ability to collaborate with interdisciplinary team and follow PT-directed plans of care.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous travel PTA experience preferred.
- Experience with common SNF documentation systems preferred.
- Experience treating geriatrics and medically complex patients preferred.
Assignment Details
- Shift hours: 08:30-16:30.
- Work schedule: Monday through Friday, 5 shifts per week.
- Facility type: Skilled Nursing Facility (candidate may be expected to work with long-term care and post-acute populations).
