Minimum Qualifications
- Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
- Active Washington State PTA license required to start the assignment.
- Current BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Minimum one year of home health (HH) experience required.
- Proficiency with Homecare Homebase (HCHB) electronic documentation system required.
- Ability and willingness to travel and provide care within a 50+ mile radius of the local office, primarily serving Lake Stevens and Snohomish areas.
- Capacity to meet productivity expectations: minimum 30 points per week and documentation completed by 10:00 AM the following day.
