Description

Make a real difference as a travel PTA. You will work with patients recovering from injuries or illness, helping them move better, feel better, and stay active under the guidance of a licensed Physical Therapist. Apply today and a recruiter will follow up with details.


Minimum Qualifications

  • Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
  • Active Washington State PTA license required to start the assignment.
  • Current BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
  • Minimum one year of home health (HH) experience required.
  • Proficiency with Homecare Homebase (HCHB) electronic documentation system required.
  • Ability and willingness to travel and provide care within a 50+ mile radius of the local office, primarily serving Lake Stevens and Snohomish areas.
  • Capacity to meet productivity expectations: minimum 30 points per week and documentation completed by 10:00 AM the following day.

  • Facility type: Home Health.
  • Shift: Days.
  • Shift pattern: Monday through Friday, 8-hour shifts.
  • Positions available: 1.
  • Candidate will be expected to travel within a 50+ mile radius and may float between client service areas.
