Minimum Qualifications
- Associate degree in Physical Therapy from a CAPTE-accredited program required.
- Active Texas PTA license required prior to start of assignment.
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification from AHA or ARC preferred.
- Experience in skilled nursing facility or long-term care settings preferred.
- Ability to follow established plans of care and document treatments per facility and regulatory standards.
- New graduates welcomed. Clinical supervision and documentation experience preferred.
