Minimum Qualifications
- Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
- Active Arizona PTA license required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross required or may be required per facility policy.
- Experience working in an acute care or inpatient hospital setting preferred.
- Experience with inpatient rehabilitation protocols, activity tolerance progression, and assistive device training preferred.
- Ability to work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams and follow Physical Therapist plans of care.
