We’re hiring a licensed PTA to work with one of our trusted clients where you’ll support patients recovering from injuries, illnesses, or surgeries—helping them manage pain and regain movement—under the guidance of a licensed Physical Therapist. Minimum Requirements:

  • Associate's degree in physical therapy from an accredited educational program.
  • Active Washington State PTA license required to start the position.
  • BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
  • Home health experience preferred.
  • Ability to complete and submit OASIS assessments and appropriately utilize ICD-10 codes.
  • Experience working under the direction of a supervising Physical Therapist and collaborating with interdisciplinary home care teams.
  • Availability for a Days schedule, Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide treatment per physician orders and plan of care under the supervision of the Director of Clinical Services.
  • Work in conjunction with home care personnel in patient care planning.
  • Direct and supervise Physical Therapy Assistants and Home Health Aides, as assigned.
  • Take initial patient history and perform initial evaluations.
  • Consult with physicians regarding changes in treatment.
  • Instruct patients and family in home programs and activities of daily living.
  • Participate in Quality Assessment and Performance Improvement activities as assigned.
  • Complete and submit OASIS assessments, reassessments, transfers, resumptions of care, discharges, and significant change in condition.
