Minimum Requirements:
- Associate's degree in physical therapy from an accredited educational program.
- Active Florida PTA license required to start the position.
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Experience or comfort working in an outpatient clinic setting preferred.
- Willingness to work the listed schedule: Monday–Thursday 7:00am–6:00pm and Friday 7:00am–4:00pm.
- Ability to provide patient education and communicate effectively with an older adult patient population.
- New graduates welcome. Orthopedic internship experience preferred.
- Open to relocation candidates.

Clinical & Schedule Details:
- Clinic type: Outpatient.
- Shift: Days. Schedule: Mon–Thurs 7am–6pm; Fri 7am–4pm. Flexibility available based on patient needs.
- Treatment times typically 30 minutes. Longer sessions available for postoperative or complex cases.
- Evaluation slots typically 45 minutes. Appointment lengths may be 30/45/60 minutes as needed.
- Clinical autonomy to adjust treatment time. Occasional double-booking at the PT’s discretion.
- Supportive, family-friendly culture emphasizing teamwork and work-life balance.
Team & Support:
- Clinical Director provides hands-on training and mentorship.
- Current team includes 4 PTs, 3 PTAs, and 2 OTs.
- Structured onboarding and ongoing mentorship for new graduates and experienced clinicians.
