Description

Looking for a change of scenery and a chance to help others. Join as a traveling Physical Therapist in Kennesaw, GA at an outpatient clinic where you will help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions while experiencing life in a new location. New graduates are allowed. The assignment is 13 weeks with a Monday–Friday schedule that includes two evenings until 6pm. Evaluates patients, develops and implements treatment plans, documents care, provides patient and family education, supervises students as assigned, and supports performance improvement and safety initiatives.


Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
  • Active Georgia state PT license required to start the assignment.
  • BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
  • Experience in outpatient physical therapy preferred.
  • New graduates allowed (preferred language in order notes indicates acceptance).


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with evaluation, goal writing, functional treatment planning, and documentation compliant with regulatory and payer requirements.
  • Prior experience supervising students or participating in student programs preferred.


Assignment Details

  • Schedule: Monday–Friday with two evenings until 6pm.
