- Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
- Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
- BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC

- Schedule: 5x8
- Outpatient setting with 60-minute evaluations and 30-minute follow-up visits
