Description

Looking for a change of scenery and a chance to help others. Join a traveling Physical Therapist position in Centennial, CO at an outpatient clinic where you will help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions while experiencing life in a new location. Start as soon as available. Evaluations are 60 minutes with follow-ups every 30 minutes. Provide patient-centered treatment plans, supervise discipline-specific therapy services, complete documentation, and participate in performance improvement activities.


Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
  • Active Colorado state physical therapy license required to start the assignment.
  • BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
  • Experience in outpatient physical therapy with 60-minute evaluations and 30-minute follow-ups preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to complete accurate, timely medical record documentation, goal writing, and letters of medical necessity.
  • Ability to supervise and delegate to other therapy staff and provide student supervision when assigned.
  • Familiarity with safe patient handling, infection control, and clinical performance improvement processes.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior travel therapy experience preferred.
  • Experience with outpatient caseloads and functional treatment programs preferred.
  • Completion of professional development activities and participation in quality improvement initiatives preferred.


Assignment Details

  • Shift pattern: 5x8.
  • Outpatient setting with 60-minute evaluations and 30-minute follow-up visits.
