Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
- Active California physical therapy license required to start the assignment.
- No new graduates. Minimum applicable clinical experience required.
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Experience in outpatient physical therapy settings preferred.
- Ability to perform comprehensive evaluations, develop treatment plans, document per regulatory and payer requirements, and provide safe patient handling.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supervising students and mentoring staff.
- Experience with functional outcome measures, letters of medical necessity, and charge entry processes.
- Demonstrated participation in performance improvement initiatives and professional development activities.
Assignment Details
- Schedule: 40 hours per week, structured as 5x8.
