Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by APTA or equivalent accrediting body.
- Current, unencumbered Physical Therapist license for the state of assignment (Georgia) required to start the assignment.
- Current CPR/BLS certification.
- Familiarity with common computer functions, internet, e-mail, online HR services, and online training platforms.
- Home health experience preferred.
- Ability to travel approximately 30–40 miles per day for patient visits.
- Experience with HomeCare HomeBase and OASIS EMR systems preferred.
- Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
Preferred Qualifications
- 2–3 years of physical therapy experience preferred.
- Experience supervising PT assistants or home health aides preferred.
- Prior experience with productivity expectations of 25–30 units per week preferred.
Assignment Details
- Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
- Territories covered include Coffee County, Bacon County, and Atkinson County.
- Travel expectation roughly 30–40 miles per day.
- Productivity expectation 25–30 units per week.
- EMR systems: HomeCare HomeBase and OASIS.
- On-call requirement: None.
