Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
- Active Georgia physical therapy license required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
- Outpatient clinic experience preferred, including evaluation, plan of care development, and progressive treatment toward discharge.
- Experience with documentation, goal writing, letters of medical necessity, and charge entry in compliance with clinic and payer guidelines preferred.
- Ability to supervise or provide direction for therapy support staff and students preferred.
- Must adhere to state practice act and maintain professional licensure and required continuing education.
