Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA.
- Active Georgia Physical Therapy license is required to start the assignment.
- BLS Certification may be required from AHA or ARC.
- Outpatient physical therapy experience required, including evaluation, plan of care development, and progression toward discharge.
- Experience with documentation of evaluations, goal writing, functional assessments, letters of medical necessity, and charge entry in outpatient clinic systems.
- Ability to provide patient and family education, supervise students, and participate in professional development activities.
- Maintain professional licensure and comply with state practice act and regulatory requirements.

Assignment Details
- Facility Type: Outpatient.
- Shift Pattern: 5x8 schedule.
- Duration: 13 week assignment.
- Start: ASAP.
- Candidates must be able to evaluate patients, develop and modify treatment plans, and oversee discipline-specific therapy services within the outpatient clinic.
