Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
- Active Florida Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment.
- BLS Certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Experience in outpatient orthopedic or musculoskeletal settings preferred.
- Experience with 60-minute evaluations and one-on-one treatment sessions preferred.
- Demonstrated clinical documentation skills, including goal writing, letters of medical necessity, and charge entry.
- Ability to supervise and delegate to support staff and students as needed.
- New graduates considered. New grad orientation or mentorship available as indicated by client preference.
Assignment Details
- Facility Type: Outpatient clinic.
- Schedule: 5x8 (five days per week, eight-hour shifts).
- Duration: 13 week assignment.
- Patient Population: Outpatient orthopedic and musculoskeletal caseload with one-on-one 60 minute evaluations and treatment sessions.
