Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy from an APTA‑approved program, or equivalent degree.
- Current State of North Carolina license as a Physical Therapist required prior to start of assignment.
- Proof of current CPR/BLS certification from AHA or ARC required.
- Current valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and vehicle insurance required.
- 1–2 years of experience as a Physical Therapist in acute care or inpatient rehabilitation required.
- Previous home health experience preferred.
- Ability to perform prolonged standing, walking, heavy lifting, bending, and safe patient transfers.
- Ability to travel locally and work a flexible schedule as required by caseload.
- Must read, write, and speak fluent English.
