Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
- Active Arizona State physical therapy license required to start the assignment. Compact eligibility noted; candidate must meet licensing requirements for assignment state.
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Experience in inpatient rehabilitation or acute rehab settings preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience working in hospital-based or acute rehab units preferred.
- Experience with neurological and orthopedic patient populations preferred.
Assignment Details
- Shift hours: 08:00–17:00.
- Shift days: Days.
