Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
- Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
- BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
- At least 3 months of outpatient experience or 1 year of Physical Therapist experience in other settings post clinicals
- Completion of three HealthStream modules pre-assignment
Assignment Details
- Shift hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
- Shift days: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday
- Open to 4x10 schedules
- Must be open to 2 evenings per week until 7:30 PM
- EMR: Raintree

Tewksbury offers access to both Greater Boston and Southern New Hampshire, with downtown Boston about 30 miles south and Nashua about 20 miles north. The town is near the Merrimack River and Livingston Street Recreation Area, providing outdoor options in a suburban setting with regional highway access via I-93 and I-495. Lowell National Historical Park is about 8 miles away, and visitors can also reach the Tsongas Center and Boott Cotton Mills Museum within a short drive. For day trips, Harold Parker State Forest is roughly 15 miles away and the North Shore coastal communities, including Salem and Gloucester, are reachable in about an hour.
