Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
- Active Ohio Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification required from AHA or ARC.
- At least 12 months of Home Health experience within the past 3 years (client requirement).
- Experience with HCHB EMR required.
- Ability to manage a caseload consistent with productivity expectations: minimum 30 productivity points per week (6 points per day) as outlined by client.
- Territory will include travel throughout Trumbull, Mahoning, and Columbiana counties; reliable transportation required.
- Preferred: prior experience working with home health therapy productivity standards and territory scheduling.
