Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Active Maine Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Experience working in skilled nursing facility settings preferred.
- Demonstrated ability with documentation systems and patient care plans preferred.
- Client-specific requirement: must be able to work a 5x8 schedule and provide 35 guaranteed hours per week as needed by the contract. (Preferred items are listed as preferred.)
