Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
  • Active Maine Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment.
  • BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
  • Experience working in skilled nursing facility settings preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability with documentation systems and patient care plans preferred.
  • Client-specific requirement: must be able to work a 5x8 schedule and provide 35 guaranteed hours per week as needed by the contract. (Preferred items are listed as preferred.)


Assignment Details

  • Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility.
  • Shift Name: Days.
  • Shift Details: Days 08:00–16:30.
  • Work Days: Sunday through Saturday availability required per facility staffing needs.
  • Guaranteed Hours: 35 hours per week as specified by the contract.
  • Contract Length: 13 weeks.
  • Floating: Candidate may be required to float to other facilities within the client network when requested.
