Minimum Requirements

  • Graduate degree in Physical Therapy (Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral) from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
  • Active Massachusetts Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment.
  • Minimum 1 year of home health physical therapy experience required.
  • BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
  • Ability to travel to patient homes as assigned across the service region.
  • Experience with electronic clinical documentation systems and interdisciplinary communication preferred.
  • Weekend rotation approximately once every 6 weeks, preferred candidates able to accommodate.


Assignment Details

  • Facility Type: Home Health.
  • Shift Name: Days.
  • Shift Details: Days 0800-1630.
  • Start: 05/17/2026; Assignment length: 17 week.
  • Required: Massachusetts Physical Therapist license.
  • Patient population: All ages, from pediatric to geriatric, treated in patients' place of residence.
  • Weekend rotations: once every 6 weeks.
  • Travel: Clinician must travel to assigned cases within the region; floating between service areas may be required.

Provide physical therapy services to patients in their homes who have impairments or functional limitations due to injury, disease, or other causes. Collaborate with patients, families, physicians, and allied health professionals to identify needs and coordinate care.
