Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
- Active Massachusetts Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment.
- Minimum 1 year of home health experience required.
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Ability to travel to patient homes as assigned within the region.
- Weekend rotation approximately once every six weeks.
