Minimum Requirements
- Associate, Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program. (Order notes indicate Associates degree minimum.)
- Active Tennessee Physical Therapist license or ability to obtain state licensure prior to start.
- BLS Certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Experience in home health setting preferred.
- Ability to perform skills and documentation consistent with home health practice, including patient evaluations, care planning, and skilled interventions.
- Travel assignment experience preferred.
