Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
- Active Colorado physical therapy license is required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Experience providing outpatient physical therapy, including comprehensive evaluations and development of individualized treatment plans.
- Ability to perform 60-minute evaluations plus treatment sessions.
- Competence with documentation, goal writing, letters of medical necessity, and charge entry in compliance with state and federal guidelines.
- Ability to supervise and provide direction to support staff and students when applicable.
- Maintain professional licensure and complete state-mandated continuing education requirements.
- Preferred: prior experience in a clinic using electronic medical records and experience with functional outcome measures.
