Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Active Colorado Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Outpatient physical therapy experience required, including evaluations, treatment planning, and functional rehabilitation.
- Experience providing 60-minute evaluations and treatment sessions preferred.
- Competence in documentation including goal writing, letters of medical necessity, and charge entry using electronic medical records.
- Ability to supervise and delegate to therapy aides or assistants and participate in student education as assigned.
- Compliance with state practice act, professional codes of conduct, and organization safety policies.
