Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from a CAPTE-accredited program.
  • Active Oregon Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment.
  • Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
  • Experience working in skilled nursing, long-term care, or post-acute settings preferred.
  • Prior experience with restorative nursing programs, transfers and mobility training, and fall-risk assessment preferred.
  • Ability to perform documentation in electronic medical record systems. Specific EMR experience preferred but not required.
  • Effective communication with interdisciplinary teams and family members.
