Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Active Colorado Physical Therapist license is required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Experience in outpatient physical therapy settings preferred.
- Experience evaluating patients and developing treatment plans to address strength, range of motion, balance, safety, and functional mobility preferred.
- Experience educating patients and caregivers on home exercise programs preferred.
Assignment Details
- Facility type: Hospital outpatient clinic.
- Shift: Days.
- Schedule: Four 10-hour days per week. Weekday schedule will vary and will include a Saturday schedule.
- Location on-site: Willits Clinic in Basalt-area outpatient setting (facility float may be required).
