Minimum Requirements
- Associate, Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by APTA.
- Active Maryland Physical Therapist license is required to start the assignment.
- Home health experience is required.
- Experience with HCHB (Homecare HomeBase) and OASIS is preferred.
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Ability to provide a current resume upon request.
- Willingness to serve the Charles County area and surrounding service region.
