Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
- Active New Jersey Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Minimum experience providing therapy in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting preferred.
- Experience with treatment of geriatric populations, restorative nursing programs, and documentation in electronic medical records preferred.
- Ability to perform standard PT interventions for mobility, balance, transfers, gait training, therapeutic exercise, and ADL training.
