Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
- Active Maine Physical Therapist license is required to start the assignment.
- Current BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Outpatient physical therapy experience preferred, including evaluations and 45-minute treatment sessions.
- Experience managing a caseload of approximately 10 patients per day preferred.
- Documentation competency, including completing documentation and billing on the day services are delivered and discharge documentation within 24 hours, preferred.
- Ability to collaborate professionally with outpatient rehabilitation teams.
Assignment Details
- Facility Type: Hospital outpatient clinic.
- Shift Name: Days.
- Shift Details: Days 0800-1630.
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 5 days per week, 8 hours per day.
- Caseload: Approximately 10 patients per day.
- Treatment model: 45-minute evaluations and treatment sessions with 30 minutes scheduled documentation time built into the day.
- This is a summer coverage temporary assignment. Vacation requests during the week of July 4th cannot be approved.
