Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
  • Active Oklahoma Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.
  • BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
  • Experience working in skilled nursing facility environments preferred.
  • Experience with geriatric populations, restorative nursing, and common SNF equipment (transfers, gait training, durable medical equipment) preferred.
  • Client requires clinicians who can float to other campus locations as needed.


Assignment Details

  • Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility / Life Plan Community.
  • Shift Name: Days.
  • Shift Details: 5 days per week.
  • Float Requirement: Must be willing to float to other campus locations as needed.
