Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
- Active Colorado Physical Therapy License required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Outpatient clinic experience required, including experience performing 60-minute evaluations and 30-minute follow-up visits.
- Experience delegating and directing discipline-specific therapy services and developing functional treatment programs.
- Ability to float to other facilities within the Denver area as needed.
- Documentation proficiency, including goal writing, functional quality indicator assessment, letters of medical necessity, and charge entry in compliance with clinic and payer guidelines.
- Maintains professional licensure in good standing and completes state-mandated continuing education.
- Preferred: Experience precepting students and participating in professional development planning.
