Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
- Active Arizona Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Experience in outpatient orthopaedic physical therapy required. Clinical experience evaluating and treating musculoskeletal/ortho patients preferred.
- Proficiency with outpatient documentation including evaluation, goal writing, letters of medical necessity, and charge entry per payer guidelines.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement individualized treatment plans and functional programs focused on return to community activities.
- Ability to supervise or mentor students and coordinate discipline-specific therapy services.
- Maintain professional licensure and comply with state practice act and continuing education requirements.
- Experience with safe patient handling practices and infection control procedures preferred.
