Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
- Active Pennsylvania Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Experience working in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting preferred.
- Experience providing skilled evaluation and treatment for geriatric patients, including transfers, gait training, and restorative programs preferred.
- Ability to document in electronic medical records and communicate with interdisciplinary teams preferred.
