Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
- Active Illinois Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment.
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification from AHA or ARC required.
- Experience working in skilled nursing facility settings preferred.
- Experience providing geriatric rehabilitation, restorative programs, and documentation in electronic medical records preferred.
- Ability to manage a patient caseload in an outpatient or long-term care environment and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.
