Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational program.
- Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
- BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
- TX OT license required.
- Basic CPR required.
- Flu vaccination required during 10/1 to 3/31 for all staff.
