We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to help patients in a skilled nursing facility with injuries, illnesses, or disabilities regain or improve their daily skills while exploring a new location.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational program.
- Active NY State Occupational Therapy license required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Experience working in skilled nursing or long-term care settings preferred.
- Experience with ADL training, durable medical equipment, and discharge planning preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior travel therapy experience preferred.
- Experience with electronic medical records preferred.
