Description

Make a meaningful difference as a travel OT. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to help patients with injuries, illnesses, or disabilities regain or improve their daily skills while exploring a new location in Carbondale, IL.


Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational program.
  • Active Illinois Occupational Therapist license required to start the assignment.
  • BLS Certification from AHA or ARC required.
  • Experience in inpatient hospital settings preferred.
  • Must be able to float between hospitals within the regional system as needed.
  • Client-specific certifications may be required depending on unit assignment. Preferred: NIHSS. Required certifications for certain emergency, ICU, PCU, acute rehab, and medical units include combinations of BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC, and NIHSS. Candidates should be prepared to meet unit-specific credentialing prior to start.
