Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational program
- Active State License is Required to Start the Position
- BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
- Experience in home health settings is preferred
- Ability to travel within Volusia County, including Deltona, Deland, Ormond, Palm Coast, and Flagler Beach
Benefits

- Sign-on bonus may be available, determined on a case-by-case basis
