Minimum Requirements
- Associate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited college.
- Active Oregon COTA license required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required. (Preferred: current BLS on file.)
- Experience working in skilled nursing facility (SNF) or long-term care settings preferred.
- Demonstrated ability with ADL retraining, adaptive equipment recommendations, and documentation in electronic medical records preferred.
- Reliable communication skills for collaboration with interdisciplinary teams.
