Description

We're hiring a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant for a travel contract role at a skilled nursing facility in Decatur, IL. Minimum Requirements

  • Associate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited college.
  • Active Illinois COTA license required to start the assignment.
  • BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
  • Experience working in skilled nursing facility or long-term care settings preferred.
  • Client requires experience with 5x8 day shift schedules and documentation in electronic medical records preferred.
  • Ability to follow the direction of a licensed Occupational Therapist and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.

  • Shift Details: Days 08:30-16:30.
  • Work Pattern: 5x8 schedule.
