Join our team as a Certified CVOR Surgical Technologist in Overland Park, KS at an outpatient facility. You will function as a member of a cardiac team, assisting physicians and nurses in the operating room during cardiac procedures. You will ensure patient safety by preparing the operating room, sterilizing equipment, and providing support to the surgical team.
Minimum Requirements:
- Current certification from a program accredited by the National Board of Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting (NBSTSA).
- BLS Certification.
- 2 years' experience as a certified CVOR technologist in a cardiac surgical environment.
- Experience working in an outpatient surgical environment preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with cardiac surgical instrumentation and sterile processing preferred.
- Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary cardiac teams preferred.
Assignment Details
- Shift Hours: 0700-1700.
- Shift Days: Days.
- May be required to float to other facilities as needed.
