We’re hiring an experienced Registered Respiratory Therapist for a hospital in Asheville, NC where you will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating treatment, care, and needs of patients with breathing disorders.
Minimum Requirements:
- Associate or bachelor’s degree from a Respiratory Therapy or Cardiopulmonary Science program.
- Current North Carolina respiratory therapist license in good standing.
- Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential.
- Minimum one year clinical experience as an RRT in an acute care hospital setting.
- BLS certification required.
- Experience with mechanical ventilation management, ABG interpretation, and noninvasive ventilation.
- Ability to work nights and provide patient care across critical care and med-surg units as needed. (Floating to other hospital units may be required.)
- Preferred: ACLS certification and prior experience in high-acuity or trauma centers.
