Join a fast-paced hospital team in Sun City, AZ where your expertise as a Radiation Therapist will directly impact patient care. You will administer prescribed radiation treatments, operate and maintain treatment and planning equipment, and collaborate with oncology professionals to ensure accurate delivery of care. You will educate patients and families, perform quality control checks, and follow safety and regulatory protocols including ALARA principles.
Minimum Qualifications
• Associate degree in radiation oncology or related field required.
• National certification from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) in Radiation Therapy required.
• Valid state Radiation Therapy license if applicable.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• Knowledge of clinical techniques, applications, and equipment related to radiation therapy.
• Demonstrated effective communication and human relations skills.
• Ability to perform patient assessments, treatment setup, and documentation according to policy and protocol.
• Ability to perform equipment quality control and troubleshooting.
• May require State of Arizona Department of Public Safety Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card when assigned to certain campus programs.
Preferred Qualifications
• Previous radiation therapy experience preferred.
• Additional related education or experience preferred.

- Shift hours: 08:00 - 07:30 (days schedule).
- Duration: 12 Week assignment.
- Travel assignment to a hospital in Sun City, AZ.
