Jackson HealthPros is seeking an experienced Radiologic Technologist to perform a variety of radiographic and fluoroscopic procedures to produce high-quality diagnostic images while ensuring patient safety and comfort. The role requires working in a high-paced, critical care environment within an 800-bed hospital and Level II trauma center that serves a broad regional population. The technologist will collaborate with radiologists and clinical teams, operate imaging equipment, verify and execute physicians’ orders, and document procedures and patient information according to department policies.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited school of Radiologic Technology.
- American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification required upon hire.
- State of Nevada license for Medical Radiography required.
- AHA BLS certification required.
- Minimum 2 years of radiologic technologist experience in a high-volume or critical care setting.
- Fluoroscopy experience required.
- Ability to perform diagnostic radiographic and fluoroscopic procedures across age groups including neonatal through geriatric patients.
- Competency in OR suite, trauma suite, and portable radiography required to be demonstrated by 90-day evaluation; ongoing annual competency assessments.
- Willingness to float to meet organizational needs within competency level.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in a trauma center or high-acuity inpatient radiology department.
- Previous experience with high patient volume and fast-paced workflow.
Assignment Details
- Shift pattern indicated as flexible. Schedule may include nights, weekends, holidays, and some call shifts.
- May be required to float to other locations within the organization up to competency level.
- May be required to work major holidays and to pick up one additional shift during the schedule period.
- Department may call off shifts, full or partial, for low census with up to 48 hours’ notice as permitted by contract terms.
