Join Jackson HealthPros as an experienced Mammo Tech for an exciting travel assignment in Glenwood Springs, CO. In this role, you will perform specialized examinations of the breast to help diagnose and treat breast disease for an area hospital.
Minimum Requirements:
- Current American Registry of Radiologic Technologists Mammography (ARRT-M) certification.
- Minimum 2 years of mammography technologist experience in a hospital or outpatient imaging environment. Preferred: experience in high-volume breast imaging or trauma center settings.
- BLS certification required.
- Demonstrated proficiency with digital mammography equipment and positioning for screening and diagnostic studies. Preferred: experience with 3D tomosynthesis systems.
- Experience performing diagnostic procedures including spot compression, magnification, and stereotactic localization preferred.
- Ability to work independently and maintain accurate imaging and patient records in an electronic medical record (EMR) and PACS environment.
