Description

Join as an experienced Mammo Tech for an exciting travel assignment in Glenwood Springs, CO. In this role, you will perform specialized breast imaging examinations, assist radiologists with diagnostic procedures, maintain image quality standards, and ensure patient comfort and safety in a hospital setting.


Minimum Requirements:

  • Current American Registry of Radiologic Technologists Mammography (ARRT-M) certification.
  • Minimum 2 years of mammography technologist experience in a clinical setting.
  • BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.
  • Experience performing diagnostic mammography and screening mammography, including spot compression and stereotactic positioning.
  • Proficiency with digital mammography equipment and PACS image management systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to follow quality control procedures and MQSA (Mammography Quality Standards Act) guidelines.
  • Ability to work independently in a hospital environment and collaborate with radiologists and multidisciplinary teams.


Assignment Details

  • Facility Type: Hospital.
  • Shift Name: Nights.
  • Shift Pattern: 4–10-hour day shifts per week; no call.
