Description

Join our skilled team of imaging professionals as an Interventional Radiology Technologist. You will perform invasive diagnostic and interventional procedures, operate and assure quality of radiographic and fluoroscopic equipment, and monitor patients throughout procedures. Work includes film processing, sterile technique support, and collaboration with physicians and clinical staff to deliver safe, efficient care.


Minimum Qualifications

  • ARRT R.T.(R) certification required.
  • Current state radiologic technologist license for Florida required.
  • BLS certification required.
  • Neuro experience required.
  • Experience with GE Innova and Philips biplane equipment preferred.
  • Experience with Meditech and MAC Lab documentation systems preferred.
  • Two years of Interventional Radiology (IR) technologist experience preferred. This is preferred unless specifically required by the client.
  • Willingness to participate in mandatory rotating call.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a hospital interventional radiology or special procedures department preferred.
  • Ability to function independently in a fast-paced procedural environment preferred.
  • Previous travel or per diem experience preferred.


Assignment Details

  • Shift hours: 0800-1600.
  • Mandatory rotating on-call requirement.
  • Dress code: OR blue scrubs.
