Become a vital part of a hospital in Las Cruces, NM as an experienced Computed Tomography Technologist. You will accurately follow physician scanning instructions, administer contrast materials, and operate CT equipment for diagnostic studies. This role supports both inpatient and outpatient imaging services in a Joint Commission–accredited facility.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of CT technologist experience.
- Completion of a JRCERT-accredited Radiologic Technology program.
- Current ARRT (CT) certification.
- Current BLS certification.
- Experience operating CT scanners and administering IV contrast agents.
- Ability to work in a hospital imaging department, including inpatient and outpatient settings.
- Must complete New Mexico Department of Health fingerprinting and background screening per state requirements prior to hire; travelers may begin on a supervised 14-day waiver while results are pending.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a Joint Commission–accredited hospital setting.
- Familiarity with stroke and chest pain protocols preferred.
Assignment Details
- Shift hours: 06:00–14:30.
- Shift Days: Days.
- Orientation occurs weekly on Mondays.
- Candidates must be located 60 miles or greater to be considered for travel assignments when applicable.
- All required certifications must be current prior to start. Client may require additional certifications.
