Become a vital part of a hospital team in Marietta, GA as an experienced Computed Tomography Technologist. You will interpret physician scanning instructions, administer contrast agents according to protocols, and operate CT equipment to produce diagnostic images that support patient care. You will collaborate with radiologists, nursing staff, and other clinicians to ensure safe, accurate imaging and patient-centered service.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years CT technologist experience.
- Completion of a Joint Review Committee on Education in Radiologic Technology (JRCERT) accredited radiologic technology program.
- Current American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification in CT or ARRT (Radiography) with CT registry eligibility depending on client requirement.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Experience with CT contrast administration and monitoring of patients post-contrast as required by facility protocols.
- Experience working in a hospital imaging department.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with multi-detector CT scanners and advanced CT protocols such as CTA and cardiac CT.
- Experience using PACS and electronic medical record systems.
- Previous experience in a high-volume trauma or tertiary care center.
