Become a vital part of a hospital team in Franklin, NC as an experienced Computed Tomography Technologist. You will accurately follow physician scanning instructions, administer contrast materials, and operate CT equipment to produce diagnostic images that support patient care. This role is based in a hospital environment serving a community near the Nantahala National Forest.
Minimum Qualifications:
- RT(R)(CT) or equivalent ARRT certification required.
- Minimum 2 years CT technologist experience preferred; include experience with routine and emergency CT protocols.
- Completion of an accredited radiologic technology program (JRCERT or equivalent).
- Current American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification in CT.
- Current BLS certification.
- Experience working in a hospital setting or critical-access facility is preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience administering intravenous contrast and managing contrast reactions.
- Familiarity with PACS and CT scanner platforms commonly used in community hospitals.
- Prior experience supporting stroke and emergency imaging protocols.
