Description

Become a vital part of a hospital radiology team in Denver, CO as an experienced Computed Tomography (CT) Technologist. You will accurately follow physician scanning instructions, administer contrast materials when indicated, and operate CT scanners to produce diagnostic images for a range of acute care patients. The unit supports stroke and trauma protocols and uses advanced GE CT equipment.


Minimum Qualifications:

  • Minimum 6 months current acute care hospital CT technologist experience, including stroke and trauma protocols (client-specific requirement).
  • ARRT (R) registration required.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
  • Experience with GE CT scanners (GE Revolution 512, GE Evolution 128, GE 64 slice, or similar) preferred.
  • Experience with Meditech EMR preferred.


Preferred Qualifications

  • IV skills preferred.
  • Prior experience in Comprehensive Stroke Center or Level 1 Trauma center preferred.


Assignment Details

  • Shift hours: 1800–0630.
  • Night shift staffing: typically two CT techs on shift.
  • Unit equipment: multiple CT scanners, including high‑slice and advanced models.

Typical procedures include stroke and trauma imaging, head and chest studies, abdomen/pelvis, and CT angiography.
